Rusty Burjorjee
Rustom (Rusty) Burjorjee has over a decade of experience in Banking and Finance. Over this period, Rusty has worked in multiple facets of the finance industry in numerous client facing roles from Investment Banking, Equity Research, Wealth Management, and finally Business Banking. Prior to Banking, Rusty was a part of his own family run Manufacturing Business, and helped bring it to its first breakeven. These experiences coupled with strong industry partners, helps provide an all round advisory service, and connections with the best partners.

Paul Cheetham
Paul Cheetham is the founder of Blue Sky Ventures. An organization designed to help entrepreneurs manage, buy, sell and invest into private companies. Before founding Blue Sky Ventures, Paul owned a marketing company, worked in private banking, was the internet manager on a cruise ship and unix administrator for a large internet provider. Known as an “ideas man”, Paul brings unique and creative ideas to deal structures to ensure a win:win solution for both sides at the table.

Joyce Labbe
Joyce Labbe has over 25 years of experience as a Business Consultant, combining both the creative and business side of entrepreneurship to help business owners and potential buyers with exit strategies and buy-side advisory, at all stages of the business transition journey. With years of experience working with business owners and has been a business owner herself. She has built strong relationships with her clients, Joyce’s background experiences are connected with a network of advisors (Accountants, Lawyers, Industry-experts and Bankers) and she provides a high-touch customer experience with each client and is service-oriented.
